MA Geography and Economics, 2003 After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2003 with a degree in Geography and Economics, I spent 6 months in Southern Africa, doing voluntary primary teaching and travelling. I then spent 6 months living in Northern Ireland and working as a temporary office administrator, before deciding on my career path of transport planning. I joined Essex County Council in 2004, where I spent 15 months training as a transport planner. I recently returned to Edinburgh and am now working in transport consultancy for MRC McLean Hazel.
